Job summary

Sugared + Bronzed is hiring Sugaristas who love hair removal and client connection. You will perform sugaring services in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Training is provided in our sugaring technique, with opportunities for growth and advancement as we expand to new locations. Roles offer paid training, consistent scheduling with 7-hour shifts (full-time and part-time), high client flow to build speed and confidence, and commissions on

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the applicable state.
• Sugaring experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-body sugaring hair removal services (Brazilian + Bikini) in a fast-paced environment.
• Educate clients on sugaring process and aftercare.
• Greet, check in/out clients using the appointment system.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and sanitation standards.
• Restock disposables and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of S+B services, memberships, and product lines.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.
