SUGARED + BRONZED is a beauty brand redefining airbrush tanning and sugaring experiences with expert training presence across markets. This Regional Trainer role focuses on standardizing procedures, developing new talent, and ensuring every client leaves looking flawless.

You will collaborate with Training, Area Managers, and Store Directors to scale service excellence and maintain top-tier standards. Ideal candidates bring sugaring experience, a valid license, and a proactive, positive attitude

Qualifications

• Experience in sugaring is preferred; hair removal is required.
• Valid esthetician or cosmetology license.
• A can-do attitude that cultivates a positive working environment, promotes team morale, and motivates team members.
• High caliber of customer service skills, with the ability to take initiative, and the confidence to troubleshoot service related issues.
• Open + flexible (full time) availability.

Responsibilities

• Establishing consistency across new Airbrush Technicians and Sugaristas by standardized training procedures, implementing training materials, and closely tracking trainee progression through evaluations and client feedback.
• Facilitating continued education for existing team members within the market, ensuring skills are regularly refreshed, and are aligned with all service standards.
• Reinforcing roles and standards for Airbrush Technicians and Sugaristas by clearly communicating expectations and responsibilities.
• Leading training for new locations, ensuring seamless implementation of service standards and operational procedures as the company continues to grow.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Regional Trainers are the leading experts on training within their market. Trainers establish consistency in our services within the market they support. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with the Training Department, Area Managers, and Store Directors to identify and develop new talent ensuring every client leaves feeling flawless.
