• Establish consistency across Airbrush Technicians and Sugaristas with training procedures and materials.
• Facilitate continued education for existing team members and refresh skills.
• Reinforce roles and standards by communicating expectations clearly.
• Lead training for new locations, ensuring consistent service standards.
