Job summary

Vertex Education is seeking a Regional ESS Coordinator to strengthen compliance, instructional quality, and operational excellence across assigned SC campuses. You will train, coach, and validate ESS services to ensure FAPE for students with disabilities, in line with state requirements and Vertex standards.

The role focuses on building capacity in ESS teams, educators, health staff, and administrators; traveling between campuses to observe, give feedback, and model best practices in instruction

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Special Education service provision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Immaculate organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight and campus support for ESS teams.
• Monitor compliance with ESS and Section 504; ensure timelines and documentation.
• Coach and develop staff in specially designed instruction and MTSS practices.
• Lead health services oversight and school safety protocol adherence.
• Collaborate with Vertex Specialists on audits and health procedures.
