Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Curriculum & Instruction Specialist to ensure effective implementation of curriculum, instruction, and assessment across its regional schools. You will act as the primary educational compliance expert, upholding state standards and internal policies.

As a leader within the Special Education team, you will train and coach teachers, oversee assessment procedures, and support data-based decision making to boost student achievement in multiple

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher in education or related field and CA specialist credential required.
• CA driver’s license required or ability to obtain.
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment and instructional practices.

Responsabilités

• Serve as instructional leader for the assigned region, ensuring alignment with California standards and laws.
• Provide training, coaching and feedback to teachers on assessment, curriculum, and instruction.
• Oversee formal and informal assessments to monitor student progress and achievement.
• Guide campuses in using data to drive instructional decisions and improve student outcomes.
• Support on-site teams in reading, writing, math, and intervention curricula.
• Lead development of long-term and short-term classroom goals and timelines.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate communication with parents and district personnel across locations.
