Job summary

Trans Ash, Inc. is seeking an ESH Manager to administer and enhance health and safety programs across multiple sites including Ohio and neighboring states.

The role requires leadership in policy implementation, training, and site-specific safety plan development to meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, OSHA 500/510; strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5+ years related experience.
• Safety Professional designation and/or OSHA 500/510 preferred.
• Knowledge of Mass Excavation Construction and trucking is a plus.
• DOT Compliance experience.
• Ability to write Site-Specific Safety Plans and JHAs without supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication; training skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; mobile device use.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains safety policies across multiple locations.
• Administers employee training programs at multiple sites.
• Assists in designing facilities, work areas and procedures.
• Supports ESH Specialists at various locations.
• Ensures compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations.
