Job summary

Compass Integrated Services is seeking an Escrow Processing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the escrow processing team supporting our title settlement business. This 100% remote role reports to the National Escrow Processing Manager and requires strong leadership, process discipline, and the ability to drive production goals across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Experience in closing/title/real estate industry.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Interpersonal influencing and relationship building.
• Strong ability to analyze, practice good judgment, and decision making.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow tasks and delegate to staff.
• Make decisions based on established processes.
• Partner with Vendor Coordinator on vendor issues.
• Address inquiries from local operations and clients.
• Provide localized supervision of the regional processing team.
• Serve as key contact for local business leaders on escalations.
• Supervise day-to-day production and support recruitment and development.
