Job summary

You will diagnose issues, supervise mechanics, review repair orders, and maintain repair logs to ensure proper charges and quality work. CDL knowledge and supervisory experience are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair heavy- and light-duty trucks and related vehicle systems.
• CDL with Waste Pro operating requirements.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in maintenance.
• Mechanic school or ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical problems and performs repairs on Waste Pro equipment to maximize safe, productive operations.
• Supervises a team responsible for repair and maintenance of machinery and heavy-duty equipment.
• Prepares and reviews repair orders; ensures accurate labor, materials, and parts charges.
