Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking an Area Equipment Manager to optimize fleet assets across our Texas operations. You will lead Equipment Managers, drive reliability, safety, and cost efficiency while collaborating with division leadership and external dealers.

Responsibilities include developing a five-year CapEx strategy, optimizing asset lifecycle, and delivering quarterly financial reviews. Travel up to 70% is required to support regional operations and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience with 5+ years in equipment management.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems.
• Experience managing P&L responsibility.
• Experience in mining, construction, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Equipment Managers in repair and maintenance decision-making.
• Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain open communication with end users, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Visit stakeholder locations regularly to identify opportunities and provide on‑the‑ground support.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to leadership and teams.
