UCB Inc. is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to advance strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders in Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes across the Mid-Central Region, including WI.

You will drive external engagement with KOLs, advisory boards, and conferences, interfacing with internal teams to align priorities and ensure patient-focused outcomes. The role requires strong relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and up-to-date knowledge of the Epilepsy market, with travel up to 60%

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 7+ years of experience in epilepsy, neurology and/or rare disease sales, marketing, medical, KOL development, or related roles.
• 4+ years of experience engaging in and developing relationships with KOLs, including building partnerships with physicians and Healthcare Professionals in epilepsy.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure external stakeholders understand UCB's broader Epilepsy strategy across Science, Patient Service, and Solutions.
• Inform and align strategic perspectives and priorities across internal teams.
• Increase connectivity and partnership between UCB and Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes HCPs.
• Maintain knowledge of current strategies across teams to engage in high-level discussions with HCPs when required.
• Triage ideas, issues, questions, and proposals from healthcare professionals.
• Connect healthcare professionals to UCB internal stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with KOLs and develop regional KOLs within the epilepsy community.
• Work with cross-functional teams to maximize HCP engagement opportunities.
• Organize overall plan and strategy at national conferences.
• Manage project timelines & budgets.
