Job summary

UCB is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for the Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes portfolio in the Mid-Central region. The role focuses on strategic KOL engagement, cross-functional alignment, and representing the company at key conferences and advisory boards.

You will build regional KOL networks, collaborate with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams, and drive patient-centric strategies across Epilepsy programs while ensuring compliant communications and engagement with HCPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 7+ years in epilepsy/neurology/rare disease roles.
• 4+ years building relationships with KOLs and physicians in epilepsy.

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs and internal stakeholders to advance UCB's Epilepsy strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Develop and nurture HCP connections within Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes.
• Triage ideas and questions from healthcare professionals for appropriate follow-up.
• Represent UCB professionally at conferences and advisory boards.
• Train and mentor speaker bureau members to ensure compliant communications.
