The role requires 7+ years in epilepsy-related roles, strong relationship skills, and up to 60% travel. Hybrid work is supported within a national footprint, with an emphasis on collaboration and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 7+ years of experience in epilepsy, neurology and/or rare disease sales, marketing, medical, KOL development, or related roles.
• 4+ years of experience engaging with KOLs and building partnerships with physicians and Healthcare Professionals within the epilepsy space.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal KOL engagement at medical meetings and advisory boards and position UCB as an epilepsy market leader.
• Increase connectivity and collaboration between UCB and Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes HCPs.
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand and resolve issues and connect HCPs to internal teams.
• Organize plans and strategy at national conferences and manage timelines and budgets.
• Train and develop members of the speaker bureau to ensure compliant communication of educational content.
