HDR in the United States is seeking a North Central Region Environmental Sciences and Planning Leader to provide strategic, operational, and people leadership for environmental services across the region. The role requires coordinating with Area Operations Managers, Market Sector and Cross Sector Directors to deliver client-focused solutions.

Based out of HDR offices in the North Central, this leadership position will steer staff development, collaboration, and growth while traveling regionally

• Experience leading environmental services teams across regions.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategy and staff development.
• Strong collaboration with cross-sector leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for HDR's Environmental Business Class.
• Align regional initiatives with Operations, Business Group and cross-sector goals.
• Develop staff and drive growth across HDR's North Central offices.
