Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10 years experience in related field.
• Experience leading diverse teams and working with multiple leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational, and people leadership for Environmental services across HDR regions.
• Drive collaboration, delivery excellence, staff development, and business growth.
• Lead regional leadership meetings and coordinate cross-area initiatives.
• Support capture planning, proposals, and marketing materials for growth.
• Ensure quality and adherence to HDR values in project delivery.
