Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in environmental-related sciences, geology, environmental studies, engineering, business or related degree with 10 years consulting experience.
• Expert experience in client and business development.
• Expert experience in managing projects, including proposal development, negotiations, project planning, design team coordination & communication, budgeting, schedule management, and client coordination.
• Expert facilitation, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success in budgeting, savings and/or profit margins in completed projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales, revenue and income goals for the Global Practice.
• Develops a long-term strategic plan. Identifies, develops and directs the implementation of business strategies for the practice, including operational strategies and procedures, marketing strategies and pricing strategies, and sales and customer retention strategies.
• Achieves stated targets and standards for financial performance. Present monthly financial information to leadership, including schedules and budget forecasts.
• Responsible for ensuring alignment and support of Regional Office staff development, quality control and resource coordination.
