Job summary

You will coordinate with design and construction professionals and guide strategic opportunities across DOT, tollways, ports, and rail.

The role focuses on innovative delivery, program management, and cross-functional collaboration with regional and national leaders to secure revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or related field with 10 years consulting experience.
• Proven experience in business development and strategic growth in Transportation markets.
• Active participation in local industry organizations and market-facing groups.
• Demonstrated success managing projects including proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience with design-build or alternative delivery in transportation markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across established and emerging transportation markets in Florida.
• Develop long-term business plans and strategic opportunities with regional leadership.
• Oversee sales, revenue, profitability, and client engagement strategies.
• Assemble and lead pursuit teams and serve as Project Executive on opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
• Ensure profitable project execution with forecasting, risk management, and margin protection.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive multidisciplinary team.
