Job summary

Hirebridge is seeking an Environmental Manager to oversee regional environmental compliance and provide leadership across environmental and regulatory projects related to stormwater management, air emissions, and reclamation. The role combines office-based analytics with field oversight across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in environmental sciences or engineering and 7+ years of experience, with strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences/engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience in environmental compliance.
• Familiarity with CAA, CWA, SPCC, EPCRA, CERCLA and other environmental regs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive environmental compliance programs, training, reporting and improvement initiatives.
• Perform internal audits and implement best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead data entry and reporting for emission inventories, stormwater, and other permits.
• Coordinate with regulators and facilities to achieve environmental goals.
• Provide field inspections and site assessments, communicating corrective actions to teams.
