Responsibilities include pulling permits, addressing non-compliance, and serving as the primary contact with environmental agencies, while coordinating environmental services pricing with the preconstruction team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years related experience
• Strong knowledge of ADEQ and EPA regulations
• Self-starting and disciplined in managing deliverables
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsabilités

• Inspect and audit job sites for regulatory compliance
• Visit active sites to assess conditions against environmental policies
• Develop solutions with project teams for environmental issues
• Conduct routine environmental audits as due
• Pull permits and ensure compliance with environmental requirements
• Maintain environmental reports in the technology platform
• Address non-compliance with safety standards
• Create and maintain SWPPP plans
• Serve as primary contact with external environmental agencies
• Coordinate with preconstruction on environmental pricing
