Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced environmental compliance lead to provide expert guidance across multiple manufacturing sites within a defined region. You will help ensure operations meet federal, state, and local requirements, and drive systematic risk reduction and continuous environmental improvements.

The role collaborates with EHS, Operations, Engineering, Facilities, Legal, and leadership, with travel across sites as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical environmental discipline with 8+ years of experience.
Master's or local equivalent may be preferred for this level.
Proven technical expertise across air permitting, hazardous waste, wastewater, spill prevention, and reporting.
Strong ability to interpret regulations, identify gaps, and develop practical solutions.
Experience with ISO 14001 and environmental data systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide environmental compliance support to manufacturing sites across the region.
Evaluate regulatory applicability and ensure permits and registrations reflect site operations.
Lead or support audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
Guide air permitting, emissions inventories, permit modifications, and reporting.
Oversee hazardous/non-hazardous waste programs and regulatory documentation.
Support wastewater and stormwater programs, sampling, and reporting.
