Job summary

Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Engineering to oversee field service, System Support Engineers, and dealers within the region.

You will lead technical teams, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with sales leadership and Head Office on service operations and training programs. A strong emphasis on leadership, travel, and regional strategy is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a technical background with emphasis in color imaging, digital black and white and wide format.
• Minimum 5 years technical experience in office product industry.
• Experience with computers and networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and supervise System Support Engineers to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.
• Manage schedules, field activities, budgets, expense reporting, and regional operations performance.
• Partner with Regional Sales leadership and Head Office to support sales, service operations, training programs, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and support to engineers, dealers, and service organizations, including escalation assistance.
