Job summary

Integrated Power Services seeks a Senior Director of Engineering – Northeast and Midwest to lead regional electrical and mechanical engineering excellence. You will oversee motor and generator repair, rewind, upgrades, and diagnostics, driving regional growth and field support.

Lead high‑risk projects, ensure quality and safety compliance with ISO 9001, and partner with sales to deliver engineered service solutions. 50% travel required across the Northeast and Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in rotating equipment repair or servicing.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience in aftermarket/repair environments highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering across Northeast and Midwest with senior/mid/junior staff.
• Drive electrical/mechanical engineering excellence for motor/generator services.
• Ensure ISO 9001 andWEA/industry standard compliance and audits.
• Support sales with engineered solutions and complex repair scopes.
• Mentor leaders, manage performance, and oversee RCFA and root-cause analyses.
