Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a remote Regional Engineer to support the Southwest region. The role provides technical leadership for motor repair, field service, and distribution, ensuring standard work and compliant processes across IPS service centers and field teams.

You will develop procedures, train staff, and evaluate new technologies to grow IPS’s market share while maintaining safety and quality standards. Travel to regions will be required as part of regional coverage.

Formación

• 6+ years’ experience on AC Induction, Synchronous & Wound Rotor Motors with repair/rewind focus.
• 6+ Years’ experience on DC Motors & Generators.
• Knowledge of High Voltage Motors & Generators and testing methods.
• Familiarity with IEEE/NEMA standards and related regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IPS Southwest Region engineering initiatives and support service centers.
• Develop and deploy motor repair/field service procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IEEE, NEMA MG‑1, etc.).
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to regional teams.
• Support supplier qualifications and strategic sourcing.
• Assist with quality improvements and documentation migrations.
