Integrated Power Services seeks a Senior Director of Engineering for the Northeast and Midwest regions to drive electrical and mechanical engineering excellence. You will oversee motor and generator aftermarket services, repairs, upgrades, and field support, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

You will lead a regional team, enforce enterprise standards, mentor leaders, and partner with Quality, Operations, and Sales to deliver engineered service opportunities and growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering is required.
• 10–15+ years of engineering experience in motor and generator repair/maintenance and rotating equipment.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership roles with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience in aftermarket/repair environments is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead regional electrical and mechanical engineering activities across the Northeast and Midwest.
• Provide direct engineering support for large motor and generator repairs, RCFA, redesigns and upgrades.
• Drive adherence to engineering standards, procedures, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to improve safety, efficiency and cost.
