Job summary

Entergy Arkansas, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Manager I-II to lead a regional customer focus in Stuttgart, AR. You will nurture relationships with industrial and municipal customers, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and visit portfolio of assigned managed account customers and build relationships with key contacts.
• Provide technical advice on energy issues (rates, energy management, power quality, power reliability).
• Promote and sell products and services to support Entergy’s growth goals and sustainability objectives.
• Develop and maintain targeted relationships with political and community constituents and small business leaders.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering to provide seamless service to customers and external constituents.
