Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled (for the duration of the internship) and pursuing an undergraduate degree program, masters or doctorate degree in a relevant field of study.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale), verified through an official transcript from the previous semester.
• Desirable: Oscar Washington, Jr. Educational Fund Scholarship recipients may receive strong consideration.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service support by resolving customer frictions as they occur.
• Utilizing billing software to research customer account activity to resolve customer issues.
• Developing and documenting internal customer service processes.
• Supporting the Company’s product and services initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
• Reviewing and supporting the engineering design process.
• Participating in customer coordination calls with customer service personnel.
• Work on special projects to assist in improving customer satisfaction.
• Performing and supporting a wide variety of detailed analysis in customer service-related areas.
• Processing department mail and assisting with Net Metering applications.
