Job summary

Mobridge Regional Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Network Director to provide strategic leadership, regional coordination, and organizational development for NorthCARES in north central South Dakota. The role advances workforce capacity, governance, and sustainable funding across rural, frontier, and Tribal EMS partners.

The Director collaborates with the NorthCARES Leadership Council, chairs meetings as a non-voting member, and reports to MRH&C's CEO.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; five years in EMS, rural healthcare, emergency management, public safety, or related field.
• Three years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and governance for NorthCARES across participating EMS agencies.
• Coordinate regional planning, budgeting, and performance tracking with MRH&C and Leadership Council.
• Foster workforce development, shared resources, and sustainable funding strategies.
• Oversee program implementation, grant accountability, and reporting with partners.
