Community Medical Center is seeking a confident, collaborative leader to serve as Director of Emergency Services in a rural Nebraska setting. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the ED, guiding nursing and emergency personnel to deliver high-quality, timely care.

The role focuses on leadership, planning, staffing, clinical quality, and financial performance, working closely with medical staff, administration, EMS partners, and the community to ensure safe, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership in an emergency department environment.
• Licensed RN, Paramedic, APRN, or PA with Nebraska licensure preferred.
