Job summary

KONE Great Plains is seeking a District Field Trainer to lead installation and modernization training across the region. You will provide high-level field training, guide development projects, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while enabling cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in the elevator/escalator industry, experience in management, coaching and training, and willingness to travel up to 75% domestically. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive industry experience with management, coaching and training.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resources.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75% or more, domestic and occasionally international).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level field training and guidance to support rollout of development projects, initiatives, and critical strategies, strengthening field capabilities across the organization.
• Ensure field crews deliver installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with procedures, codes, and quality standards while resolving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 75% (domestic and occasional international) to support sites and training needs.
