Job summary

Elevated. seeks a Regional Technical Training & Development Manager, Southeast, to design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs that elevate the technical skills, safety practices, and service delivery of field personnel across the Southeast region.

The role ensures CET certification, licensing compliance, and apprenticeship oversight, while developing materials and coordinating on-the-job training, with regular travel to sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical credentials preferred.
• 10+ years in elevator/vertical transport field with hands-on ops.
• Experience in training or supervisory roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; OSHA regulations knowledge.
• Willingness to travel regionally; valid driver’s license; OSHA 500s certified.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs and materials for safety and technical skills.
• Lead CET certification process and ensure exam readiness.
• Oversee apprenticeship program and mentor trainees.
• Guide licensing prep for field technicians in the region.
• Update training content as technologies evolve.
• Conduct on-site and classroom training for new hires and journeymen.
• Organize and lead on-the-job training sessions.
• Monitor performance and develop improvement plans.
• Promote safety culture and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with branch managers to identify training needs.
• Travel regionally to deliver training.
