Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced Licensed Manager/Electrical in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional area in Lincoln, NE. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations for associates and customers.

Requirements include 3–5 years of general facilities maintenance with electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience, strong leadership, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience required.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% within the region to oversee facilities sites.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and ensure compliance with codes.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on needs.
• Perform reporting and analytics on maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule inspections when needed.
