Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of related estimating experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management capacity.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions including budgets, staffing, and work assignments.
• Negotiates purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders with project managers.
• Reviews project details and recommends strategies and resources needed for estimates.
• Collaborates with design leads to ensure cost effectiveness and constructability.
• Reviews final estimates and bid packages for accuracy and completeness.
