CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Estimator to manage and oversee estimating in the designated region. You will coordinate with project managers, ensure accuracy of cost data, and support procurement activities from bid through award.

The role requires strong estimating techniques, cost control, and the ability to work across multiple trades. Travel up to 40% may be needed to support projects and client meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 10 years related experience with at least 3 years in supervision/management.
• Willingness to travel 20%–40% domestically or internationally as required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Manages and administers the estimating functions for a region/area to meet objectives.
• Implements policies and coordinates with project managers for procurement activities.
• Reviews final estimates and proposal packages for accuracy and completeness.
• Contacts subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing and cost data.
• Maintains historical data for estimating man-hours and bid results.
