Qualifications

• Ability to review project details and provide strategic recommendations for cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manages and administers estimating functions in the assigned region or group.
• Implements estimating policies to meet corporate objectives.
• Supports project managers in procurement and contract changes.
• Supervises preparation of market cost studies and data.
• Reviews final estimates and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinates with design leads for constructability and cost efficiency.
• Maintains historical estimating data including bid results.
• Contacts subcontractors and suppliers for outsource pricing.
