CDM Smith is seeking a Regional Team Leader to drive project delivery across locations, including Tampa, Miami, and Boca Raton. You will mentor staff, manage workflows, and ensure client satisfaction through high-quality engineering services.

Lead initiatives on utilization metrics, staff development, and collaboration with digital service providers to accelerate adoption of new tools and deliver robust solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Technology or related discipline. PE license.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

• Coordinate workload and utilization within the Technical Services group.
• Manage financial performance: utilization, direct labor, profitability.
• Provide sales support in coordination with the TDM.
• Approve timesheets and expense reports timely.
• Ensure training compliance (Safety, Ethics, etc.).
• Ensure QA/QC and Safety compliance in project delivery.
