The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Electrical/related field, and 12 years of experience, plus willingness to travel domestically or internationally as duties demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Technology or related discipline.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support employees’ career journey and performance.
• Coordinate workload and staffing within the Technical Services group.
• Manage team financial performance including utilization and profitability.
• Deliver sales support and coordinate with TDM for staff assignments.
