Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years' related work experience in an electrical field.
• Advanced knowledge of transmission and distribution systems and supervision.
• Ability to learn and use CREWS, SAP, GIS, Flex OMS and Empower.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in electric transmission and distribution line work.
• Direct installation of energized lines and fault location on circuits.
• Coordinate resources during emergencies and storm service restoration.
• Monitor safety practices and enforce established work methods.
• Schedule construction, maintenance, repair or test work with other departments.
• Coach and mentor staff; acknowledge good work and correct performance as needed.
• Administer absenteeism and regional safety program compliance.
