Job summary

FirstEnergy Service Company, Meadville Service Center, is seeking a Line Supervisor to oversee complex construction, maintenance, repair, testing, and operation of the electric transmission and distribution system. You will supervise line crews, ensure safety, coordinate resources, and drive reliability in a fast-paced utility environment.

The role requires strong leadership, 5–7 years in electrical field work, and the ability to read complex prints and utilize CREWS, SAP, GIS, and EMS tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-7 years' related electrical field experience.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of transmission and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Safety commitment in all tasks.
• Direct and supervise electric line work.
• Coordinate line installations and fault locations.
• Respond to emergencies to support safety and reliability.
• Monitor work practices and enforce standards.
• Coordinate equipment, tools, and materials.
