This position will lead safety initiatives, perform compliance audits, and guide operational teams on best practices to promote a culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and minimize risk.

This is a travel-based role with work across multiple regions and client facilities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in EHS program management, industrial safety, and regulatory compliance, particularly within construction, logistics, or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs, procedures, and policies
  • Collaborate with project managers and client safety teams to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning
  • Develop and deliver safety training for PAC and subcontractor personnel
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of safety inspections, incidents, and compliance metrics
  • Support emergency response planning, drills, and hazard assessments
  • Ensure the availability and proper use of PPE and safety equipment at project sites
  • Track leading and lagging safety indicators to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of EHS experience in a field or project-based environment (e.g., construction, logistics, manufacturing)
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with client teams and tradespeople
  • Comfortable with regional travel and boots-on-the-ground work at active job sites
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHS management tools
