Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to oversee safety management for construction projects and data center operations across Dallas/Ft. Worth and surrounding regions. The role requires on-site presence with potential travel up to 25% to support ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field required; CSP/ASP preferred.
• Minimum five years dedicated to data center or commercial building safety management.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DEQ, EPA regulations and risk assessment practices.

Responsibilities

• Audit and review safety management for construction and data center operations to ensure risk reduction and compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action development with contractors.
• Develop and implement safety improvement plans; monitor KPI trends and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers and leadership during pre-bid and project execution phases.
