Job summary

Aligned Data Centers seeks a Regional Safety Manager to oversee safety management for construction projects and data center operations across the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Lubbock regions. The role requires on-site presence in the Dallas/Ft.

Worth area and occasional travel to other sites, with a focus on proactive safety management to prevent incidents. The successful candidate will lead EHS audits, ensure OSHA and other regulations compliance, manage incident investigations, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of data center or commercial building construction safety management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in EHS or related field.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP); or CHST seeking ASP/CSP.
• Alternatively, qualified by SVP of Aligned EHS to oversee safety for the region.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit safety practices with contractors for high-risk activities.
• Perform EHS audits of construction sites for OSHA/DEQ compliance.
• Develop corrective action plans with contractors and leadership.
• Ensure OSHA/DEQ/EPA regulatory changes are incorporated across sites.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Manage KPIs and reporting to customers and stakeholders.
