Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction safety experience in construction required.
• Data Center safety experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety audits and provide corrective guidance.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and field leadership.
• Prepare safety reports, lead briefings, and address site safety concerns.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client safety requirements.
• Oversee safety training, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
• Support project start-ups, look-ahead reviews, and emergency planning.
• Serve as an advisor to management and client representatives.
