Cushman and Wakefield in the Northeast region is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to identify, evaluate, and manage programs that eliminate workplace hazards and foster a proactive safety culture. You will lead safety training, audits, and policy development for frontline leadership and staff.

Travel will be regular across New England; you will develop health and safety systems, monitor incidents, and prepare metrics.

Formación

• College degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety Management or similar field; OSHA 30-hour course completion
• Minimum of three years’ experience in industrial maintenance, distribution, manufacturing, or construction; proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Drive safety at the site level for all locations in the North Eastern node.
• Identify hazardous conditions and drive risk reduction with stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce plans to eliminate hazards; conduct training for management, supervisors, and workers.
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment for safety compliance.
• Monitor PPE usage and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze data and prepare Health and Safety Metrics reports (Site Scorecard, Trends, Observations & Behaviors).
• Develop occupational health and safety systems; including policies and manuals.
• Perform safety audits, visits, and projects; reinforce safe behaviors.
