Job summary

C&W Services seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve EHS programs across a diverse portfolio, ensuring protection of employees, clients, and the environment while enabling operational excellence.

You will partner with regional leadership, drive proactive risk reduction, manage compliance with OSHA/EPA and client requirements, and lead data-driven initiatives to support safety performance and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple facilities.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, NFPA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the EHS Management System.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute strategic EHS initiatives.
• Promote Safety First culture through leadership and coaching.
• Develop regional EHS plans and measurable objectives.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage data analytics dashboards and executive reporting.
