Repligen Corporation seeks a Regional EHS Manager to lead EHS programs for the Rancho Dominguez site and DTC Warehouse, with global responsibilities and occasional travel. You will partner with site leadership to protect employees, customers, and the environment, translating corporate EHS objectives into local action.

Responsibilities include hazard identification, risk mitigation, training delivery, incident investigations, and audits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Sciences.
• Certifications: CHMM, CSP, CIH.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Environmental regulations knowledge.
• 5–8 years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years under ISO 9001 based QMS.

Mansioni

• Lead EHS programs for multiple sites and provide on-site EHS support.
• Identify hazards, mitigate risks, and conduct root-cause investigations.
• Deliver EHS training and maintain required documentation.
• Partner with HR and operations to manage incident claims and preventive actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and contractor safety management.
