Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Regional EHS Manager for the Rancho Dominguez, CA site and DTC Warehouse. This role drives EHS programs, partners with leadership, and supports global EHS initiatives across locations. Travel as needed to support additional sites and audits.

The candidate will lead hazard assessments, incident investigations, and data-driven improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environmental Sciences.
• Certifications such as CHMM, CSP, CIH.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and ISO 14001/45001 management systems.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing and 5+ years under ISO 9001-based QMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs at Rancho Dominguez site and DTC Warehouse, with global responsibilities.
• Partner with site leadership to implement Global EHS objectives locally.
• Oversee audits, contractor safety, and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Conduct training, root-cause investigations, and risk-based improvements.
