Qualifications

• Proficient in Construction OSHA standards and workplace safety principles.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation and incident management processes.
• Ability to influence leaders and build relationships across all levels.
• Travel up to 60% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Lead injury prevention, hazard identification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and incident investigations across multiple sites.
• Maintain OSHA logs, training records, and compliance documentation.
• Provide field support and guidance to operations and installation teams.
