The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing EHS leadership, is a strong influencer, and is passionate about safety and sustainability, with experience in ISO 14001 environments.

What You’ll Do -

• Lead and evolve company‑wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations - Carrollton, Texas, Fort Worth, Texas, Pharr, Texas, Spring Hill, Tennessee, and several other satellite sites .
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
• Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
• Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
