We are looking for a local southeastern Wisconsin candidate.

This is more than a compliance role. It’s an opportunity to lead, influence, and shape the future EHS culture across multiple facilities—partnering with leadership teams, empowering employees, and championing EHS continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and evolve company‑wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations - Kenosha, Muskego, Mequon, Brookfield, WI, Columbus, OH, Philadelphia, PA and Bowmanville, ON-Canada.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
• Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
• Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
