Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing EHS.
• Ability to lead multi-site EHS programs.
• Experience with ISO 14001 environments.
• Strong communication with site and executive leadership.
• Passionate about safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve company-wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership.
• Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship.
• Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives.
• Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulations.
