Job summary

Nexxta is seeking a Regional Environmental Health & Safety Manager to oversee safety and environmental activities across four facilities. You will lead EH&S programs, ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO standards, and drive incident learning and risk reduction.

Travel quarterly to Indiana; requires a BS in Occupational Safety & Health, 5–10 years in manufacturing safety; injection molding experience a plus; proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams; strong leadership and communication are

Qualifications

BS in Occupational Safety & Health or related discipline.
5–10 years of safety process experience in manufacturing.
Environmental compliance experience (CAA, CWA, RCRA, SPCC, ISO 14001).
Track record of implementing safety initiatives.
Ability to lead and develop direct reports.

Responsibilities

Leads environmental, sustainability and safety processes across the plant(s).
Develops and implements EMS programs and activities.
Ensures compliance with state, federal and customer environmental, sustainability and safety standards.
Maintains documentation and conducts audits/inspections (OSHA, EPA, ISO).
Drives incident learning, risk reduction and continuous improvement.
Collaborates with HR on workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.
